We build tools to help households manage their important information easily and securely.

Oosby offers a digital platform (the "Service") that allows users to store and manage household-related information such as insurance renewals, vehicle details, maintenance reminders, and similar records.

The Service is available via:

• our web application at app.oosby.com, and
• our brochure and information site at oosby.com.

We may introduce additional features or paid plans from time to time.

To use Oosby you must:

• be at least 18 years old, and
• have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country of residence.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Oosby uses password-free authentication (passkeys, Apple, or Google sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and any connected accounts.

If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@oosby.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used for unlawful purposes.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

In summary:

• Your data is primarily stored in the UK, though some services may process data through EU or US regions.
• We never sell or share your information with advertisers.
• We process data solely to deliver and improve the Service.

By using Oosby, you agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Some Oosby features may be free, while others may require a subscription. Pricing and plan details will always be made clear before you choose to subscribe.

If applicable:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• use Oosby for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content,
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or
• use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair Oosby for others.

We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these rules.

All software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks on Oosby are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may use Oosby's content and materials only as part of the Service. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for any commercial purpose without our permission.

We work hard to keep Oosby reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Oosby at any time. If we make significant changes to these Terms, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Oosby is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the Service will meet your exact needs or be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Oosby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time via your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

After termination, your access to stored data may be limited. We recommend exporting any important information before closing your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
