AI that never sees your personal info
When you forward an email, our AI extracts the important details - dates, amounts, reference numbers. But it never sees your name, address, or account numbers.
We redact sensitive information before any AI processing. Your private data stays private.
How we protect your data
Data storage
Your data is primarily stored in the UK. Some services (like email processing) may route through EU or US infrastructure with the same security standards.
Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive fields have an extra layer of protection that only you can unlock.
No passwords
Sign in with passkeys, Apple, or Google. No passwords means no passwords to steal.
Minimal access
Access to systems is strictly limited. Personal information is never used for testing or analytics.
No tracking scripts
There are no analytics or tracking scripts inside the app. We don't record what you do.
Regular backups
Your data is backed up regularly and stored securely, so nothing important is ever lost.
